Our challenge to you is simple: We want you to become comfortable with networking by doing it!

When the show floor opens tomorrow morning (3/13/24) here’s what you need to do –
1. Visit ten booths of a business/vendor/organization/educational institution that you don’t know, introduce yourself and start a conversation. Learn about them and how they fit into the entertainment industry network.
2. Collect a business card to bring back to IA Stage’s booth – these can be digital or hardcopy.
3. Snap a selfie with your new professional connection and post it on your social media account (from the show floor or afterwards at the hotel)
4. Tag IA Stage (@iastage), Associated Controls + Design (@associatedcontrolsdesign), SETC (@setc), and your new contact on social media (FB or IG)
5. Bring the 10 cards you collected to our booth to show us that you met the challenge (and continue learning to network with us!)
6. Share your name and email for the drawing that will take place online Monday, 3/18, and announced via social media (FB, IG)

If your name is drawn on the 18th, we will contact you via the email address you provided and allow you to pick the prize that you want to add to your toolbox. (Participants will be allowed to choose gifts in order of drawing. Number 1 gets first pick. Number 2 gets second pick, etc.)

We will post the rules for the Networking Selfie Challenge on FB and IG at 8:30p CST on W, 3/13.

You will have until end of day – by the time the show floor closes – on Saturday, 3/16, to complete the challenge. That means we stop accepting entries AT 2p CST.

Everyone who completes the Challenge and stops by our booth with your ten cards will receive a cool piece of swag and then you’re free to continue to experience the conference and network your faces off!

You could win one of the gifts listed below!
