IAStage provided shop personnel to build a single balcony rail lighting position and wound up fitting and fabricating all the handrails in the building!
It just made sense to have IAS fit and fab all the railings for the project.

IAS burns through many thousands of feet of pipe every year for their stage equipment, the move to railing fitter and fabricator was a natural. IAS has designed and built numerous catwalk and access maintenance platforms for other theatres, cruise ships, and theme parks. The Athens was the first time a complete facility handrail project was undertaken. Besides
the balcony lighting position, stairwell hand railings, and aisle
stanchions, IAS built the decorative balcony and box rails that will be powder coated to match interior finishes.
