LiftDeck is a screw driven high capacity stage or orchestra lift. LiftDeck employs Bevel Gear jacks that offer higher efficiency and greater speed than normal mechanical screw jacks. LiftDeck systems are self-locking unlike hydraulic or lifting link systems, no special or secondary brake is required to prevent the jack from lowering under load. Bevel Gear jacks also act as miter gear boxes, making them the ideal choice for a multi jack system like LiftDeck. All LiftDecks are mechanically interlocked for level lifting. The IAstage standard LiftDeck uses Bevel screw jacks with a translating screw. Also available is a rotating screw version that is keyed for a traveling nut on special systems.

An IAstage LiftDeck gives any production more scope and impact, bringing a theatre or auditorium alive in a way nothing else can.
